North Marana is located along the I-10 Freeway about 18 miles northwest of downtown Tucson, Arizona (to Tangerine Road, exit 240). It is 19 miles southeast of Picacho Peak (mountain) as you drive from Phoenix. The north part of the town of Marana is rural and home to the Town’s Municipal Complex. It is beautiful and punctuated by cotton fields and ranches. It boasts a beautiful views of Silverbell Mountain, Pichacho Peak, the Tortolita Mountains and the Santa Catalina Mountains to the east making it an inviting backdrop for the MHC Hot-Air BalloonFest.


Driving

From Tucson
Take I-10 toward Phoenix. Exit at Tangerine Road (exit 240). Turn left and take Tangerine to the Frontage Road (Crossroad Trail) about ¾ of a mile, turn right. Take frontage road to Moore Road and turn left . Take Moore Rd. to Sandario Road and turn right. Take it to Bill Gaudette Road. Turn right on Bill Gaudette and follow the friendly parking assistants directions.

From Oro Valley
Take Tangerine Road past I-10 to Crossroads Trail and turn right. This becomes the Frontage Road. Take it to Moore Road and turn left. Take Moore Rd. to Sandario Road and turn right. Take it to Bill Gaudette Road. Turn right on Bill Gaudette and follow the friendly parking assistants directions.

From Phoenix
Take I-10 to the Marana Road (exit 236). Turn right on Sandario Road (aka Marana Road). Pass the round about and about ¼ mile to Bill Gaudette Road. Turn left on Bill Gaudette Rd. and follow the friendly parking assistants directions.

We have plenty of convenient handicap parking at the MHC campus lot. Be sure to have your temporary placard on your mirror and/or your handicap plates visible on your vehicle.
